Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Kyoto Station with many shops nearby, making it perfect for both short and long stays. The rooms, although not the largest, are tidy and comfortable, equipped with a refrigerator, hot water kettle, tea and coffee, and a deep tub for relaxation after a day of exploring. The service, despite the limitations of the breakfast area, is very helpful for exploring Kyoto and the region.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were petite as expected and relatively quiet, but I found them a bit cramped for two people. The room had green tea sachets, but not coffee or sugar. Unfortunately, the hot breakfast foods were cold, and the constant beeping noise from the nearby pedestrian crossing was quite bothersome.
The hotel is conveniently located just across from Kyoto Station, making it very convenient to move around Kyoto. The rooms are typically small for Japanese hotels but okay for us; however, they appear to be the same size as usually larger twin bed rooms. The service was fantastic, very helpful, and they assisted thoroughly with travel arrangements. The dining experience was basic but okay for the price paid. Overall, a value for money stay with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel is a great choice for a short stay, offering tiny but functional rooms with free coffee and Wi-Fi. The staff is helpful and accommodating, making you feel at home. Its location near Kyoto Station is incredibly convenient, especially for travelers using Shinkansen or arriving from Itami airport. The dining options are a mix of East and West cuisines, though limited in western choices. Good value for money overall.
The hotel is conveniently located just across the Kyoto train station, making it very convenient for travelers. The rooms are small but clean and functional, providing a typical Japan hotel experience. The service is friendly and attentive, offering 24-hour assistance. The dining options are satisfactory, although the breakfast might be a bit pricey. The facilities are well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay.
The hotel's location is superb, just across from the JR Kyoto station, offering convenience at its best. The rooms, though on the small side as expected in Japan, were technically suitable for four people, albeit a bit cramped. The service was top-notch, with professional and attentive staff. The dining experience was average, with limited options but decent quality dishes. The favorable location is a major highlight, while the room size could be a drawback for some.
The hotel is conveniently located just across the train station, making it easy to access and explore the city. The rooms, though small, are impeccably clean and come with all the necessary amenities. The service is top-notch, with multilingual staff who go out of their way to assist guests. While the dining options are satisfactory, the breakfast can get crowded at times. Overall, a great value for money stay with excellent soundproof rooms.
I couldn't have asked for a better location than this hotel, right across from Kyoto Station and perfect for day trips to nearby cities. The rooms, although a bit on the small side, had a lovely Japanese bath for relaxation, although they could be more spacious compared to other options. The service was mostly excellent, with helpful staff members, but my check-in experience was not as welcoming as I had hoped. The dining options were convenient and close to the station, but a bit limited in variety. Overall, a great value for the convenience of the location.
The hotel's rooms, although slightly tired, do not affect the overall stay, being extremely compact but very clean in the Japanese tradition. While the cleanliness was commendable, there were areas under the beds that needed better attention. The hotel is clean and spacious, ideal for a couple.
